 2001 Chateau de Vie Cabernet Sauvignon
Appealing, gradually expansive nose of dark berry and plum, with attractive vanilla notes and forest floor scents in support. This is a fully ripe Cabernet, with good body and length, and its food compatibility grows nicely as it airs. If young, it is already appealing; with any youthful rough edges disappearing as soon as it is paired with dinner.
